Divine Company processes only the personal data submitted through the inquiry form. This website has no sign-up, no payment, no location data and no advertising identifiers.
What you consent to

Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies and browser storage for visit analytics. The display language is not stored; it is decided by the URL alone.
What is collected automatically: cookies and a visitor identifier (an anonymous ID), IP address, device, browser and operating system information, the pages visited and the path between them, interaction such as clicks, and the time of the visit. An analytics script embedded in the site does the collecting.
It is used to understand how the site is used, to improve the service, and to measure marketing performance. It is kept for 12 months from the date of collection and destroyed without delay after that.
The name, email and message you type into the inquiry form are masked in that replay; the values themselves are never sent to the analytics service.
If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, the analytics tool is not loaded at all and nothing is collected.
What you type into the inquiry form is held temporarily in your browser session storage until you send it. That copy is never transmitted separately, and it is removed once the inquiry is sent or the tab is closed.
You can refuse cookie storage in your browser settings. Some features may not work if you do.

Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or stop the processing of the personal data you submitted. Requests are handled without delay and the outcome is reported back to you.

How it gets destroyed
Inquiries are not accumulated in any database or file on this website. Each one is passed straight to email and nothing is retained on the server. The only place it is actually held is the mailbox that handles replies.
Once the retention period has passed it is deleted from that mailbox, and it is not restored afterwards.
The access counters used to block flooding hold an irreversible form of the IP address in server memory only, and they expire within an hour at the longest. A server restart clears them immediately.
How it is kept safe
What you send travels only over an encrypted connection. An http address is redirected to https before anything is sent.
Server records never hold personal data as typed. An email keeps its first character and domain, a name keeps its first character, and the message keeps only its length. The visiting IP address is used solely in an irreversible form.
The inquiry form carries an anti-forgery token, automated-submission blocking, and a limit on repeated submissions in a short window.
